Your benefits

Delivery

Standard delivery costs are between CHF 14.50 and 17.50, depending on product size.

Our products are dispatched in stable cardboard packagings to ensure maximum protection.

Unfortunately, we cannot include 2 separate orders into one delivery if order is subsequent.

If your order includes products with different delivery-costs, we will calculate the higher rate.

 

Delivery times

Standard delivery will be 5-7 working days.

Initially we will only deliver within Switzerland.

On some occasions there could be a delay in delivery. A working day is usually Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays are not a working day.

If an order includes multiple products from different producers, the products will be shipped in part-delivery.

 

Return guarantee

We feel obligated to deliver high quality products.

If your product is damaged, you can return it.

 

How to return your product or get replacement

You have two options to return or replace your product:

Photo-review:

If your product arrives damaged we offer a stress free return process. Here’s how it works:

1. Take a photo of your damaged product and packaging (if also damaged)

2. Write an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and attach your photo with order-number, a short description and if you want replacement or refund (gift certificate)

3. We will send you an email within 48 hours

4. If we confirm the damaged product, then you will not have to send it back to us

 

Standard return with form:

You can send us your damaged product by filling out the return form to get replacement or a gift certificate (excluding delivery costs).

1. Fill out the return form (it’s in your product-package)

2. Send us the damaged product in it’s original packaging

3. You will receive an answer within 48 hours by email

Please note:

If we cannot review or judge the damage through the picture, then it’s necessary to send us the product as explained in standard return.
